History

Cemac has operated in the commercial and interiors market within New Zealand for the past 40 years. It has always been seen as a market leader even in these extremely competitive times it and prides itself in maintaining quality of product and service.

Current

The company was restructured 10 years ago when a management buy out of commercial and interior fitout division was made by the current director, Martyn Seddon for the Waikato area, putting the company back into private ownership, from it’s then corporate Carter Holt Harvey ownership.

Focus

Cemac specialise in the completion of quality commercial and interior projects - fitout, refurbishment, shop fitout, and raised access floors. This enables Cemac to offer a complete turn key operation to a client or the ability to put together services to suit a project’s individual needs.

There is a complete range of contract options available including traditional contracting, fee based project management or a construction management type arrangement.
