A case study in collaborative construction
Cemac Construction is proud to present our recent successful fit-out project for CTEK, a leader in industrial automation. This project involved a full interior transformation, creating a modern and inspiring workspace that reflects CTEK's innovative brand identity.
Challenge Accepted: Balancing Business with Quiet Construction
One of the key challenges of this project was maintaining a noise-controlled environment. CTEK occupies a space within a larger building with existing tenants. To ensure minimal disruption, our team adhered to strict noise limitations, working only between 6pm and 8am. This required meticulous planning and coordination to keep the project on schedule.
Cemac's commitment to collaborative construction came to the forefront. We maintained open communication with all building occupants, ensuring clear expectations and a smooth workflow. Waste management also played a crucial role. By adhering to strict protocols and utilising designated waste disposal areas, we minimised disruption and maintained a clean and safe work environment for everyone.
Bringing the CTEK brand to life
The design for CTEK's interior incorporated unique elements that mirrored their brand identity. We utilised circuit board style finishes throughout the space, creating a visually striking aesthetic that resonated with CTEK's core business. This level of detail not only elevated the workspace but also fostered a strong sense of company culture and brand affinity for CTEK employees.
The CTEK project exemplifies Cemac Construction's ability to deliver exceptional results despite logistical challenges. Through meticulous planning, open communication, and a commitment to collaborative construction, we transformed CTEK's workspace into a modern, functional, and inspiring environment.
